What happens to my data if I cancel?

What happens if I don't receive my package?
If your package is not delivered, your funds remain safely held in escrow. We work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process. If the package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, a resolution is initiated according to the agreed terms, which may include a refund to the buyer or an insurance claim where applicable.
What is the refund policy period?
Customers are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of the receiving date. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund after requesting it?
Refunds are processed and returned within a maximum of 5 days after the refund request is approved.
When do sellers receive payment after client receives the package?
The seller gets paid within 1–3 days after the client receives the package.
