What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel our service, your personal data is handled securely and in accordance with our privacy policy. Any data required for legal, accounting, or regulatory purposes may be retained for a limited period, while all other information is deleted or anonymized. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and you can request data access or deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

If your package is not delivered, your funds remain safely held in escrow. We work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and keep you informed throughout the process. If the package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, a resolution is initiated according to the agreed terms, which may include a refund to the buyer or an insurance claim where applicable.

Customers are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of the receiving date. Refund requests submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed and returned within a maximum of 5 days after the refund request is approved 

The seller gets paid within 1–3 days after the client receives the package.
